ILLEGAl immigration information
Illegal immigration, also called clandestine migration or immigration and irregular migration or immigration, is the migration of people across national borders in a way that is contrary to the immigration laws of the destination country.
Constitutionality and ideals
Illegal Immigration does not follow the ideal of opportunity because
America not giving them the chance to advance in life. We are not giving them
the chance because we only give some foreigners a green card, not all.
Most illegal immigrants are crossing the border illegally because they need to
start a new life, and when we decline them of a green card, they are not given
the chance to advance in life. That’s why they cross the border illegally. It is
also unconstitutional because they are not treating all men equally.
Obama's ending of illegal immigrants living in the United States is unconstitutional. It's unconstitutional because 3 years ago he said that he could not act on immigration because the notion that somehow he can just change the laws unilaterally is just not true. But today he's saying that he can grant amnesty to up to 5 million immigrants living in the United States. How can that change happen? Obama's decision is contradicting checks and balances because he is getting too much power in being able to change the laws of illegal immigrants. How can Obama just change the laws so quickly?
